All jewellery will arrive in a kraft gift box. These boxes, along with the shipping boxes and tissue paper are all made from recycled materials and are also recyclable. The twine is compostable 'twool' made from Dartmoor sheep wool!

Standard international postage from Eightfourteen is NOT TRACKED. Parcels may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Contact me if your parcel has not arrived after 6 weeks.

Shipping
Standard shipping is dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail First Class. This has no tracking information.
If you require the package to be tracked and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, shipping will cost £8.
UPS Express next day delivery is available on ready-to-ship items (not made to order) if you place your order by 12pm UK time.
You will see 'Shipping Upgrades' at the checkout where this can be chosen.

Standard Shipping is NOT TRACKED. Please be aware that due to changes in customs regulations, and staff shortages, parcels may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
***DELIVERY TIME***
UK orders: First class post should arrive in 1 to 2 working days after being dispatched from my workshop.
International orders: I cannot guarantee a delivery time for orders shipped outside of the UK. Due to new custom regulations and ongoing Covid-19 measures, parcels may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
In the extraordinary circumstance your parcel does not reach its destination I will be able to issue a full refund after 28 days of shipment for the UK and 42 days for international deliveries

►Each order will arrive in a gift box.
►CARE INFO:
Each piece is handmade so some love and care is needed. Do not pull on chains or spray with perfume, do not get items wet, and if possible, store it in its box. (Another important one is to not leave jewellery in the bathroom - the damp air oxidises Sterling Silver faster than is natural!)
►Sterling Silver can tarnish naturally over time. Items that have a satin or brushed finish can become more polished, and polished items can become more satin... You might enjoy the look of your piece as it ages, or if you wish, you can use appropriate metal polish. I recommend soft silver clothes impregnated with polish. ('Town-Talk' is my most used brand.)
